Grief Witch
Tools to Nurture your Spirit
Find Peace and Closure
A grief witch supports and guides others through the process of grieving and mourning, often incorporating spiritual and/or magical practices to facilitate healing and transformation. They can draw on a variety of witchcraft practices to support the grieving process, such as: rituals, spells, elements, energy work, ancestral healing, herbalism, and divination. It is a profound joy to teach others how to infuse their unique magic into their healing process.
Seasonal Grief Workshops
Grief isn’t just reserved for the dark time of the year, it exists at every turn of the wheel. Taking time to reflect on what may come up for you during the upcoming season will help you to be intentional about the kind of self-care/magical practices that would be supportive during this time.
This workshop offers ideas, tools, ritual practices, and resources on working with your grief. These are typically held on or around the solstices/equinox and the cross-quarter days.
Herbalism for Grief Care
Herbalism offers a gentle embrace for those navigating the waves of grief, providing solace and healing through nature’s bounty. As the seasons shift, take a moment to explore the herbs that resonate with your heart and spirit. Engaging in this practice can cultivate a deeper connection to your emotions and foster intentional self-care rituals.
This workshop will introduce you to a variety of herbs known for their supportive qualities during times of loss, along with practical applications and recipes to incorporate into your daily life. Join us as we gather around the cycles of nature, sharing wisdom and nurturing our souls through the healing power of plants.
End of Life Planning, Coaching, and Education
One of the greatest acts of love we can give to our loved ones is to have our affairs in order before we die. You might think this means creating a will. I did too – and there is so much more to learn.
In this workshop we discuss the business of dying: important paperwork needed before and after death, the differences between a will and trust, the probate process, document storage and safety, etc.

Creating a Death Plan
In our death avoidant culture, that shuns and hides away the sick and elderly, the process of death and dying is a taboo mystery. Just like many will create a birth plan, in this workshop we’re invited to think about creating our death plan.
If we are privileged enough to have a choice or say in our dying process, so…
-
What would you want it to look like?
-
Who would you want there with you?
-
How would you want to feel?
-
Would you know what to expect?
Just like in birth work, we can take some of the unknown and fear out of the dying process, by understanding what happens in the body as we transition and know some of the options available to us.
Grief Rituals
We cannot heal alone. We must be seen, we must be held, we must be witnessed – in connection and community.
That is where the magic truly lies.
There is nothing more powerful than a group of people coming together in ritual and community. To reclaim our relationship with grief is to remember our deepest connection with each other – and is a portal to reuniting with the land, plants, animals, and our Great Mother. Bringing back our communal care and reclaiming our birthright of grief rituals will lead us back to ourselves, back to our humanity.
This is exactly the kind of celebration, collaboration, and collective healing our world so desperately needs.
I am truly honored to be in this sacred rite of passage with you.
Ritual offerings can be for individuals or for small groups.
